Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation

  • The CCIM denotes that the wearer has completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis, and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. CCIM designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate. Above all, the CCIM designation represents proven expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis, in addition to negotiation.

Paul’s passion lies in the service and development of others. He believes the real estate industry has the greatest potential for others to live a self-fulfilling life not only because of the success that can be built, but more importantly because of the many areas real estate has an effect on. Paul strongly believes the local economies, communities, businesses, and tradesmen amongst many others can all be positively affected through the company’s daily operations.
